Very please to add these two to my black chain. I did have a problem with the longer pendant chain, but wanted to say how brilliantly SG dealt with it. No fuss, immediate replacement. Excellent customer service is rare these days. They deserve to be complimented on how good theirs is. Would recommend. 5 stars

This company’s customer service is outstanding! Ordered the necklace duo and Ioved it! The clasp came loose and I emailed the company. They were so nice and genuinely sorry. A replacement arrived quickly! No charge!! Love them!
Great quality. Really good looking and shipped fast.
Love these necklaces!!! Never take them off!!!
I have not taken it off since i wore it...i love it 100%
The clasp on my first one was very hard to get on. They did replace it for me.
My husband loved his anniversary gift! He immediately put it on and said The necklace was really comfortable for his skin (we both have eczema) after wearing it for a while. The quality feels really good and I will now be buying more chains 😃
Excellent and High Quality Product!!
Good quality necklace, great customer service very happy.
Great experience with you. Bought this chain for my son for Christmas but unfortunately it did not suit his taste. Contacted customer support and cannot fault the service I got to solve my problem. The chain itself looked great and was well made. Would recommend highly. Thank you.
It’s durable and perfect
Bought one for myself - really loved it!\nSo bought one as a present for my sister ❤️
It’s a simple but beautiful piece.
Very pleased with the quality and comfort of this piece!
Lovely chain and tag. Actually bought it for my husband and he really liked it. Great quality for the price. Thank you.
The necklace was as described and looks great.
Y'all are the absolute best! The chain broke on my minimalist duo and you replaced it quickly and free of charge. \n\nI was so sad when it broke as it's my favorite necklace combo and now I'm so happy I have the duo again. \n\nThank you so much! I recommend you to everyone who compliments the set.
❤️
This necklace was a replacement necklace for a chain id bought previously that had snapped. Whilst it took a few days for them to acknowledge my email regarding the broken chain they did quickly replace it at no charge with a new chain and pendant. I'm hoping that this chain is stronger and I don't experience any issues. Overall I have been satisfied in dealing with this company
Loved the quality of chain and pendant.. just wish the length of chain could be longer or extendable.
Great, I received the replacement order for damaged original order. Thank you!
Replacement. Everything dealt with very efficiently. Thank you. Very happy.
I really enjoy the simplicity of the chain and I think I will be coming back for future jewelry purchases. As I am just getting into the look myself.
Good quality. Love the pendant but the chain is too rhick for the pendant.
Love the chain and pendant, nice noticeable size and good length.
I bought the minimal pendant duo, and I’m absolutely delighted with it. I usually only wear sterling silver chains ,but was pleasantly surprised how good this looks .
I found the chain slighty too think for my taste but other than that its a nice piece of jewellry
Lovely chain and pendant. My\nLast one snapped and I contacted customer service and was replaced immediately
Bought for a friends leaving present. She loved it.
Very nice for the price 👌
My daily wear. Its simplicity was exactly what I was looking for.
While I love the product I have been very unlucky with this necklace. I am now on my 3rd necklace due to breakage. On the bright side my 2 previous necklaces have been promptly replaced. When I was asked if I wanted another product in the range I declined as I love this necklace and because of the unlimited warranty I will continue to wear this lovely necklace.
This is such a great company. I love everything I have bought so far. Great quality and style. Great attention to all the little details. The jewelry comes so nicely packed. Very please with everything.
