This necklace was a replacement necklace for a chain id bought previously that had snapped. Whilst it took a few days for them to acknowledge my email regarding the broken chain they did quickly replace it at no charge with a new chain and pendant. I'm hoping that this chain is stronger and I don't experience any issues. Overall I have been satisfied in dealing with this company
